Share a Meal, Share the Love: Donate Home-Cooked Meals & Earn Service Hours!
Dear Volunteers,
Imagine a child going to bed hungry, longing for a warm, home-cooked meal. For many children in care, a comforting meal can make all the difference in bringing joy and security to their day. You can be the one to make that difference.
Our volunteering organization is launching a Home-Cooked Meal Drive to provide nutritious, homemade frozen mac and cheese or spaghetti bolognese to a children’s home in South Africa. A simple dish, prepared with love, can give these children the warmth and nourishment they deserve.
How Can You Help?
- Prepare home-cooked mac and cheese or spaghetti bolognese, freeze it, and deliver it to our collection points.
- PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOU PREPARING AND COOKING THE MEAL ARE MANDATORY please email your photographs to [email protected]
- Encourage your friends, family, and classmates to contribute.
- Organize a community cooking session to prepare meals together.
For every one frozen meal (must feed at least 10 children) you donate, you will earn two hours of verified service—a small effort with a life-changing impact!
By participating in this initiative, you are not just earning service hours; you are bringing warmth, nourishment, and care to children who need it most. Your generosity will ensure they receive a delicious, home-cooked meal made with love and kindness.
Let’s come together to ensure that no child has to go without a warm meal.
